Coaching

philosophy

"I believe every person holds untapped power and potential.

My role as a coach is to help people see it, believe it, and use it—guiding them to achieve their goals while deepening their self-awareness.

I bring a unique blend of intellectual rigor, mindful presence, and genuine humanity to every conversation. My experience has shaped a systemic and inclusive coaching style that recognizes both the individual’s aspirations and the complex environments they operate in.

This means we work not only on personal growth, but also on aligning that growth with the realities, relationships, and challenges of my client's world.

The result? Lasting change that is both deeply personal and strategically impactful."

About your coach,

Allegra

I’m a passionate Business and Empowerment Coach (ICF-certified), trained in Business Coaching through NOEMA HR and in Life Coaching & Counseling Psychology with the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. In my coaching practice, I integrate a wide range of proven methodologies and approaches, including:

Goal-Focused Coaching, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Coaching, the Inner Game, Behavioral Coaching, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).

My approach uniquely bridges science with wisdom traditions. Alongside established coaching tools, I draw on mindfulness and Eastern philosophies—practices that cultivate presence, intuition, self-awareness, and resilience. This integration allows me to connect with clients not only at a strategic level, but also at a deeper human level, where true transformation begins.

I hold a Master’s degree in International Politics and Economics. My professional journey has taken me across sectors and continents: I’ve worked in international cooperation with a South Korean consultancy on issues like climate change, human rights, and gender equality, and I’ve collaborated with European companies in finance, innovation, ESG, digital marketing, and data analytics. I’ve partnered with startups, corporates, international organizations, NGOs, and government entities—gaining a systemic perspective that deeply enriches my coaching work.

I'm also part of the Humanitarian Coaching Network and Grounded Idealist—global initiatives that provide coaching to humanitarian and development professionals to navigate uncertainty in high-stress, underserved environments.

My multidimensional experience across diverse sectors and cultures shapes my grounded, inclusive coaching style, allowing me to connect with individuals and leaders from all backgrounds.

Based between Europe and the UAE, I work with clients worldwide, offering a compassionate, systemic approach to personal and professional growth.

Why choosing an

ICF Coach matters

The coaching industry is vast, with varied expertise and credibility. For clients, navigating the multitude of coaches’ claims and services can be challenging. This makes it harder to identify skilled, qualified professionals.

That’s why rigorous training from a respected body like the International Coaching Federation (ICF) is critical. As a member of ICF Global, I’ve completed intensive ICF-accredited training, involving extensive study, mentoring, examination and practical experience.

Selecting a ICF coach guarantees a commitment to excellence and integrity. ICF coaches are held to globally recognized standards of ethics and professionalism, which means they’re trained to navigate complex organizational dynamics, protect confidentiality, and deliver coaching that’s both evidence-based and outcome-driven.

For businesses, this translates to strategic partnerships that foster trust, accountability, and transformative results across all levels. For individuals, it ensures a confidential, empowering process that honors your goals, challenges perspectives, and accelerates growth.
