I’m a passionate Business and Empowerment Coach (ICF-certified), trained in Business Coaching through NOEMA HR and in Life Coaching & Counseling Psychology with the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Goal-Focused Coaching, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Coaching, the Inner Game, Behavioral Coaching, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).

I hold a Master’s degree in International Politics and Economics. My professional journey has taken me across sectors and continents: I’ve worked in international cooperation with a South Korean consultancy on issues like climate change, human rights, and gender equality, and I’ve collaborated with European companies in finance, innovation, ESG, digital marketing, and data analytics. I’ve partnered with startups, corporates, international organizations, NGOs, and government entities—gaining a systemic perspective that deeply enriches my coaching work.
